Making SeaMoss Gel at Home

Directions :

-Wash, Clean and Rinse seamoss

-Then place it in a plastic-free container immersed in water.

-Soak for 5 to 7 hours. Change water 3 times within those hours.

-Drain, then add seamoss to blender. Blend and add spring water for desired consistency.

-Pour the gel into mason jar and refrigerate.

-Add a tablespoon to your smoothie and enjoy
